SARS Corona-19 Virus Writing Assignment
Students are assigned to write an expository writing paper on the Corona Virus Pandemic. Currently, the Corona-19 virus has killed or is responsible for killing 45 people in Kentucky. How has this pandemic affected your life? The goal of the expository paper is for the student to have the opportunity to document their personal experiences with the pandemic. The paper should explain the conditions you are experiencing. Also, three personal pictures showing how this pandemic has affected your life need to be included in the article. A brief description of the virus and its background would be helpful to the reader. Methods currently being used to treat the virus should be included in the essay. Lastly, future drugs or vaccine development should be described. This is expository writing, so the student has the freedom to explain the pandemic in their own words. Moreover, take pictures of how your life choices have been changed at shopping centers, restaurants, and parks. This is an opportunity for the writer to document this historic experience for their future memories.
